Jennifer maintains a general practice focusing primarily on immigration, employment and commercial real estate matters.  Assisting businesses and individual clients in various avenues of immigration and employment law, Jennifer’s practice covers a range of areas from preparation of employee separation agreements, workplace discrimination, employment and family based visas, DACA cases, consular processing, inadmissibility waivers, ICE worksite enforcement issues and I-9 compliance, among others.  Jennifer regularly counsels developers, management companies and HOA boards on the formation and maintenance of homeowner associations.  She also provides sound guidance on the acquisition, planning, financing, construction and leasing negotiations for commercial real estate matters.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and her Juris Doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts.  Before joining Vernon Law, Ms. Bogacki was an assistant public defender in Forsyth County from 2005-2007.  She is dually licensed in North Carolina and Massachusetts and resides with her husband.
