The Vernon Law Firm, P.A. is pleased to announce that attorney Kristen DelForge has become a shareholder and principal in the firm.
Kristen focuses her practice in family law, assisting clients with all issues related to divorce, custody and child support, alimony, equitable distribution as well as separation and prenuptial agreements. She also maintains a general litigation and criminal/traffic practice.
A proud double-phoenix, Kristen received her Bachelor’s Degree in History from Elon University in 2011 and graduated with her Juris Doctorate from Elon University School of Law in 2014. She immediately began her career in private practice in Alamance County. In addition to her law practice, Kristen serves as an adjunct professor at Elon University coaching Elon’s undergraduate Mock Trial program.
As a North Carolina native, Kristen stays invested in our community as a board member of Family Abuse Services of Alamance County and through a leadership position in the Alamance County Bar Association. She is honored to be a shareholder and principal in the Vernon Law Firm, P.A. and continue its long-standing commitment to serving clients in the Alamance County area.
In her spare time, Kristen appreciates a good book and a good show. She and her husband Alex live in Burlington and enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling and playing with their rescue dog, Miss Piggy.
