Patricia A. ("Trish") McAllister Joins Vernon Law

Patricia A. (“Trish”) McAllister has joined the Vernon Law Firm.  She comes to the firm after 11 years of legal practice in Portland, Maine, where she specialized in municipal law and civil litigation and where she was also an experienced mediator.

Trish graduated from the United States Coast Guard Academy in 1986, and then served as a Coast Guard Officer for ten years.  She received her law degree from the University of Maine in 2004, where she was the executive editor of Maine Law Review.  Before entering private practice she served as the judicial clerk for the Chief Justice of Maine’s Supreme Court from 2004-2005. 

Trish relocated to Burlington in December, 2014, with her husband Chuck.  They have two grown daughters.  Trish plans to focus her practice on civil litigation, family law, and municipal law.
